Protein Cereal (Cereal with protein powder and milk)

Lunch:

1 chicken thigh 

6 Almonds

1 small piece of Valentines Day Cake 

Dinner:

Protein Shake & a popcorn at the movies to see John Wick 2! (Which was awesome by the way)

PM Workout:

Legs! 

3 sets 50 lay down leg presses

3 sets 21 squats 

3 sets 21 bar pulls
