Breakfast:

2 eggs scrambled w/cheese

2 pieces bacon

1 slice power grain toast w/butter

Coffee 

Lunch: Protein Bar

Dinner:

Burger patty with cheese and 1 over medium egg on top of 1/2 an English muffin with butter.

Snack:1/2 a protein bar.
