Breakfast:
1 Egg over medium, 1 egg white on power Grain protein toast w/butter
4 Cashews
Pumpkin spice coffee w/sugar Free creamer
Lunch:
Builders Vanilla Protein Bar & 1 piece of String Cheese
Sugar Free RedBull
Water
Dinner:
Thanksgiving in January! Oak and I had gotten a free small turkey during Thanksgiving with some reward points we had at the local grocery store. That sucker has been in the freezer and Oak finally cooked it last night! Soooo good.
Turkey, stuffing, mashed potato & cranberry.
Caramel Vodka over ice
Carb overload! I admit I was pretty miserable after this huge meal and will be happy to return to my regular portion sizes tomorrow.
Snack:
Small piece of Turkey and small amount of stuffing
3 Cashews
