Day 29

Meals:


Breakfast:

1 Egg over medium - 1 egg white 

Over power Grain protein toast w/butter

Also - because I allow myself an occasional cheat meal - I had a small piece of cinnamon roll with butter. :)

Onward 

Lunch: 

Builders Vanilla Protein Bar 

1 piece of string cheese

Water

Dinner: 

Steal strips with onion & carrots with quinoa

6 almonds

Caramel Vodka over ice
