Onward is loaded with vitamins to help keep my immune system strong. They describe it as 'Immune Support, Sustained Energy, Mood Enhancer & Optimal Focus' and I couldn't agree more. This is my absolute favorite supplement.
DTE (Destroy the Enemy) is a fat burning supplement.

Lunch:
Chicken Breast
1/2 a serving of Noosa raspberry yogurt
Almonds
Water
Dinner:
2 eggs scrambled with cheese
Creamed Spinach (Butter, Milk, Garlic, Onion, 1tbsp flower)
Water
I'm really trying to force myself to drink more water. I'm pretty sure I'm part camel because the only time I crave something to drink it's coffee in the morning and occasionally some red bull or Rockstar throughout the day. Caffeine junky. But now that I'm taking supplements and working out and just in general it's better for you - I'm trying to drink more water. It's so haaaard. Lol
PM Workout:
100 Lay Down Leg Raises
3 sets 12-15 Bend Over Leg Pulls
50 Seated Leg Raises
